Legally, I am required to give you the full terms before you join. Please read the additional terms carefully:

• This Membership will renew automatically and you will be billed according to the plan you select. You’ll pay the same rate for as long as you remain a member. If you cancel or your membership is terminated, you will have to rejoin at the current membership rate at that time.

• Members must meet the eligibility requirements to join. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements will result in your membership being denied and any payment refunded (minus transactions fees for businesses that are clearly ineligible).

• Payment does not guarantee membership.

• We reserve the right to change the membership rate at any time. Your rate is secured for as long as you remain a member.

• We reserve the right at anytime to cancel or deny any membership/subscription for any reason.

• A 5-day grace period is provided for all plans to provide us with enough time to review your membership application before any charges occur. You will be charged after the grace period according to the membership plan you selected if approved.

• Members are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date. A failed payment or nonpayment will result in termination of your membership. If this happens 3 times or more within a 6 month period, we reserve the right to deny membership to you for a definite time or permanently.

• You can cancel at any time and for any reason by clicking the link at the bottom of your invoice and canceling your subscription in your account. To avoid another charge, we recommend cancelling 2-3 days before your next billing date. A confirmation note on the screen should appear for successful cancellations. Upon cancellation, you cease to be a membership and lose membership privileges.

• Members who cancel before their next billing date will keep access to the membership for the remainder of their current subscription.

• No refunds will be provided for unsuccessful cancellations. If you need assistance canceling your membership, email us at the email address on your invoice at least 5 business days before your next charge date. We will not cancel the membership for you, but advise you to follow the instructions to cancel through your account.

• Members who cancel a subscription 2 times within a 6-month period will be prohibited from joining until 6 months has passed from the date of their last cancellation, unless we make an exception.

• No legal advice is provided in this membership. No attorney-client relationship is created between you, your business, and us. This is a legal education membership only and you are solely responsible for the actions you take based on the information provided. You are aware that laws differ state by state and business by business and that this membership is not state specific membership unless a special announcement is made explicitly stating so.

• All content is our sole property and intellectual property. You shall not copy, distribute, resell, use unlawfully or outside the scope of permitted use, record, screenshot, download, create derivative works of, or attempt to register. You are permitted to view monthly teachings only and may not save the teachings on your device or cloud.

• Your membership grants you and only you access. Sharing membership privileges is grounds for termination.

• In exchange for payment, you will receive at least one monthly teaching and an opportunity every month to ask your legal questions. We cannot control people and as such our exclusive private community and community of like-minded CEOs is not a promise of this agreement.

• You agree to abide by the community policies of our private community which are subject to change from time to time. Our community policies are centered around: Be Kind, Be Respectful, Participate weekly and help your fellow CEO, No Profanity, No Spam ever, and No Promotions except on designated posts/when asked.

• You agree to grant us an irrevocable, unlimited, nonexclusive, and royalty free license to use any content you post or share in the private community, discussion boards, surveys, chats, messages, and emails, including your name, likeness, image, voice, questions, and opinions.

• The laws of the State of Maryland govern the interpretation of this Membership Agreement without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any legal issues under this Agreement must be brought in the state or federal court of Baltimore County, Maryland. Damages are limited to actual damages.

• You agree by submitting payment to join the membership that you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of Baltimore County, Maryland. You irrevocably waive any objections under this section.

• We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Membership at any time. Members will be notified of changes.

By submitting payment to join the Legalproof Your Business Membership, you agree to abide and be legally bound by these terms and terms as they are modified from time to time.

You are eligible to join the Legalproof Your Business Membership if you fit the description of the qualities mentioned above, are a U.S. based business with a principal place of business in the U.S., and you DO NOT provide the following products and services:

• Marijuana, CBD, THC, Hemp, or Cigarette Products or Adjacent

• Yoga or Pilates

• Alternative Healing, Reiki Healing, & Spiritual Healing (*Inner healing based on sound principles are eligible; our sole discretion)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancel anytime, for any reason without penalty.

• All you have to do is click the link at the bottom of your invoice and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription in your account.

• Failure to pay the membership fee will result in cancellation of membership automatically after a 3rd unsuccessful rebill attempt. If cancellation for failure to pay occurs 3 times within 6 months, you may be required to wait 6 months before reapplying to rejoin.

• For monthly members, you retain access to the portal for the entire month you’re paid up for.

• For annual members, you retain access for the remainder of your year until your annual renewal date.

• After you cancel, your access to the membership recordings and all materials will be removed. To rejoin, you will have to pay the current membership rate.

• 2 cancellations within 12 months may result in denial of an application to rejoin for 6 months up to 1 year following the last cancellation.
